Monsoon Palace

The last excursion with all the girls together was to Monsoon Palace yesterday. A hilltop residence overlooking lake Fateh Sagar, formerly a royal residence during the monsoon season as well as a hunting lodge, the views were breathtaking.

Kerry: "Monsoon palace was built for a king to temporarily stay there during monsoon season, and no doubt to appreciate the fantastic sight of the woods surrounding the palace. There were a range of animals there, from cats to monkeys, which was lovely...despite a monkey chasing me!"
Lucy: "I really enjoyed our trip to Monsoon Palace! The views from the top of it were amazing. The surrounding area was very green and we could see monkeys jumping from tree to tree. We got lots of lovely pictures of us sitting with the scenery behind us which will be perfect to show family!"
