No Monday morning blues here!

Monday morning started bright and early at 5.45am with yoga. The group had five days of Ashtanga Yoga, ahead with a local Yogi.

"Ooooooooooooooooohm"

Here is the group enjoying the best part of the yoga; savasana meaning corpse pose.

After breakfast the group went for a community walk to meet and learn more about the community they would be working in and to meet some of the children they would be teaching.

India is truly beautiful! This is the view from the school where the group are giving their time.

Some of the group with the children in school. Cameras are not usually allowed until the end of teaching as it distracts the children, as you can see here!

In the afternoon the group visited the boys home, supported the children with their learning before enjoying a game of dodge-ball :)

In the evening the group enjoyed relaxing in the local ice cream parlour, Happinezz.

Finally, before bed the group buckled down to their first lesson planning session and a Hindi language lesson.

Thank you for reading and stay tuned!
